A Meaningful Iftar Gathering at Divan Center
With the participation of Divan Center volunteers, Morrisville town department heads, and representatives from the City of Raleigh, we gathered for a meaningful Ramadan Iftar dinner.
At our iftar program, we were honored to welcome TJ Cawley and Megan Patton.
Mayor TJ emphasized the importance of unity and togetherness. The Raleigh Mayor Pro Tem spoke about the spiritual significance of Ramadan for Muslims.
Dr. Bozkurt highlighted the spirit of Ramadan and its powerful role in bringing communities together.
Divan Board President Metin Çaylı also spoke about how Ramadan strengthens brotherhood and social harmony.
It was a beautiful evening filled with unity, friendship, and solidarity.
