A Meaningful Iftar Gathering at Divan Center
Last night we hosted a beautiful Ramadan Iftar Dinner at the Divan Center, bringing together friends and neighbors to celebrate community, unity, and the spirit of Ramadan.
The evening featured a heartfelt prayer by Pastor Paul from Cary Presbyterian Church, inspiring remarks on unity by Tonja Bauza, and thoughtful words from Representative Johnson. We also enjoyed a wonderful performance by the Triangle Cardinals Music Group.
Zeliha shared reflections on the meaning of Ramadan, and Selim recited beautiful verses from the Qur’an. Moments like these remind us how dialogue, friendship, and shared experiences bring our communities closer together.
